We had the most divine Suite ( although I don't know that it was listed as a suite on Booking.com ) in the Draycott Hotel overlooking the Cadogan Gardens . Extremely spacious and extremely comfortable space to spend 3 days in. Only downside was that at present the hotel is undergoing renovation and there was no breakfast or sitting room on site . We could easily have used these facilities at 11 Cadogan Gardens however . We heard minimal noise with renovation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Would recommend highly and can't wait to stay again. The perfect location to be based . Many eateries, bars and stylish shopping to be had within easy walking distance .

I stayed at the sister property, Chelsea Townhouse (formerly The Draycott) which I booked through 11 Cadogan Gardens’ Booking listing. It was there grand op Ning after rebranding and everything feels new and fresh. While my single was tiny, it was thoughtfully designed and immensely tasteful and comfortable. The shower was one of the best I’ve ever experienced on holiday. The staff were exceptional and caring, going above and beyond when I took my luggage to the wrong location or asked for ice to prevent swelling after a fall. They remembered me and greeted me by name. I cannot say enough about their professionalism.

My 13 year old daughter & I stayed in a twin bed room for a Saturday overnight stay & we would highly recommend the hotel. The staff were very friendly, kind & helpful; room v comfortable & quiet; loved individual decor & style & traditional style lift too full of character; also interesting history to the Cadogan estate & hotel (read a book in the drawing room/library about it!). Delicious food in restaurant for supper & breakfast & staff helpful there too. Lots of cool shops, cafes, restaurants nearby to explore. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel quality is exceptional. I actually booked for 11 Cadogan and was sent to the newly renovated Chelsea Townhouse. The bathroom was spotless. Noble Isle toiletries. Hans' got a great selection of egg dishes for breakfast. Location of the hotel. The variety and availability of shops, bars and restaurants around Sloane Square and Pavilion Road.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The room was decorated nicely and very comfortable with robes/slippers and tea/coffee machine. We stayed on one of the busiest weekends in London, the weekend of the Queens funeral. The hotel provided an extra information sheet with funeral procession details which was a great touch.
